Heather Cresswell is a seasoned neonatal and pediatric nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience caring for infants, children, and their families. She holds a Master of Nursing degree from the University of Toronto and earned her nurse practitioner graduate diploma from McMaster University. With a passion for health writing, Heather focuses mostly on women’s health, child development, and nutrition. When she’s not working or writing, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and tending to her garden.
