Return & Refund Policy

When you receive your item, please inspect it immediately upon receipt and always before use. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery under our 30-day return policy, which begins the day after you receive your item.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • The product must be unopened, in its original condition, and, if possible, in the original packaging.
  • Opened items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
  • Items with damaged or tampered packaging (not caused by shipping) are not eligible for returns.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) is required for all return or exchange requests.

Refund Deductions

  • A flat handling fee of $3 will be deducted from your refund.
  • The original shipping fee collected by the shipping carrier is non-refundable.
  • Refund deductions apply to both returns and exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item:

  1. Follow the instructions for returns as outlined in the Return & Exchange Eligibility, Return Process, and Refund Deductions sections.
  2. Place a new, separate order for the item you’d prefer.
  3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Note: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs to the warehouse, except in cases where the item(s) received are damaged or incorrect. Please use reliable packaging and carriers, as we are not responsible for returns that fail to arrive at our warehouse.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@nubest.com to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse. 
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. 

Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. 
  • Once the order enters processing, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
  • If the order has already been processed, you will need to return the items using your own return label as outlined in our Return Policy.

Return of Special Sales Items

  • Seasonal or special promotional products with a 30% discount or higher are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Wrong Delivery Address 

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued if an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
  • Please double check your shipping address in your confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

International Return Policy

  • We do not accept exchanges for international orders. For returns, please follow the return instructions provided above.
  • Customers are responsible for covering international shipping fees when returning items to our warehouse.
  • International customers can still report damaged, incorrect, or missing items by contacting support@nubest.com within 7 days of receiving their order, following the Report Order Issues instructions provided below.

*NuBest's Return Policy applies exclusively to orders made through our official website nubest.com. Orders placed through authorized resellers or other eCommerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, iHerb, etc.) are not covered under this Return & Refund Policy.
